  I started out as a patient of Dr. Pena (the office was in Lewiston) and was told what a great practice this would be with my doctor being the head doctor in charge. What ended up happening 6 months later turn this world upside down. My doctor got pregnant, with twins, and took her maternity leave with a promise to all her patients she would return. In the interim they opened a clinic at Walmart and tried to send all patients who were ill (no matter what illness) to this clinic instead of being seen by your regular doctor (past practice I was use to). The office staff became rude and then my doctor realized she needed to stay home permanently with her twins. Got a new doctor for a few months and then he left, too. Most of the office staff did, too. Or at least the few who were nice left. So we began on the 3rd doctor in a year and a half. Now all I want it my records so I can change practices and find a doctor that I can have for more than one year. So far I have been waiting for 4 weeks and the new office still does not have my records. Called the old office today and was told they would begin working on that today, but am not hopeful. The office sucks and the doctors change constantly. Care is not good and if you are sick you have to go to a clinic with all the other sick people and see a doctor you do not know. The quality of this office is poor.
